The mild cabbage flavour, with its slightly greenish notes and a very slight bitterness on the finish, makes Everkale® ‘Running Blush®’ a versatile plant. As with all tree cabbages, the flavour of Everkale® ‘Running Blush®’ becomes even milder and, above all, sweeter over the winter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are two main harvest windows for tree cabbage: one in early summer, when the plants are actively growing, and a second in autumn\/winter.
