OpenSky® ‘Speedy Gonzales®’ is a slightly hot (heat level: 3 out of 10), broad-bodied pointed pepper with the characteristic curved tip typical of the variety. The fruits of OpenSky® ‘Speedy Gonzales®’ ripen from green to dark red and can be harvested as soon as the colour change begins. OpenSky® ‘Speedy Gonzales®’ has a pleasantly sweet flavour with a good paprika aroma and a slight heat – the riper the fruit, the more pronounced the heat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a plant, OpenSky® ‘Speedy Gonzales®’ grows upright and sturdy. When grown outdoors, a stake is not required.
