Variety description

This elegant apple has a beautiful shape and color. The Paradis® 'Elegance®' apple is not only a treat for the palate, it is also a very special feast for the eyes. The medium to large apples are tall and have a streaky color at the beginning of ripeness, but the color turns into a beautiful, slightly washed-out red. Basically the way a two-color apple should be. The apples have a modern, firm texture that is easy to enjoy. Paradis® 'Elegance®' also impresses in terms of taste. The apples are fully aromatic and taste pleasantly refreshingly sweet. Paradis® 'Elegance®' reaches ripeness for picking in the second half of September. The seriousness should be done in one or two passes. The Paradis® 'Elegance®' apples are ready to eat right from the tree, but can also be stored very well. Paradis® 'Elegance®' is one of the best storage apples in the range, even though it reaches its ripeness for consumption on the tree.

As a tree, Paradis® 'Elegance®' has medium growth and forms a beautiful, even crown. In addition, Paradis® 'Elegance®' - like all Paradis® varieties - is scab resistant.
