Variety description

Lowberry® 'Baby Dwarf®' is unique even among the Lowberry® raspberries. If the regular Lowberry® raspberries are around 100 cm high, 'Baby Dwarf®', the literal dwarf raspberry, only reaches a maximum height of 50 cm and is therefore the ideal variety for pots, tubs and even balcony boxes. The compactness of 'Baby Dwarf®' does not come from rapid flower induction - like 'Little Sweet Sister®' or 'Goodasgold®' - but from very short internodes.
Lowberry® 'Baby Dwarf®' bears small but extremely tasty fruits continuously from early summer into autumn. Because flowers are formed on both the annual and the biennial shoots. However, due to the general plant size, 'Baby Dwarf®' is not a yielding variety but rather a snacking variety that produces small fruits all summer long that can be nibbled right away. The small red fruits are highly aromatic and juicy-sweet.
