Variety description

The autumn raspberry 'Bohéme' is an early-ripening variety with medium-strong growth and upright stems that originated in southern Sweden. 'Bohéme' is a vital and healthy raspberry with a good young cane growth, it is also hardly susceptible to root or cane diseases, but has canes covered with spikes.
Fruit ripening starts early from early August and lasts for only a short time, so there is a lot of fruit within a short harvest window. The medium-sized fruits have a nice round shape, are light red, sometimes pink-red in color and are easy to pick. The relatively soft fruits have a good aroma and a fruity-fresh taste with a clear but pleasant acidity.
