Variety description

The Peachly® White mini peach is characterised by an extremely compact growth habit. This compact growth is genetically determined and is not caused by the influence of a specific rootstock. By the age of 8–10 years, the Peachly® White mini peach is almost fully grown, reaching a height and width of around 150 cm.

In May, a large number of pinkish-pink flowers appear. If a fruit were to form from every flower, it would simply be too much for such a small tree; therefore, manual thinning of the set fruit is highly recommended. When the fruit are about the size of a thumbnail, enough should be removed so that there is a space of about a hand’s breadth in all directions between the remaining fruit.

The fruit of the Peachly® White mini peach is of a fairly standard size. The skin is creamy white with a slight reddish tinge, whilst the flesh is (creamy) white. The Peachly® White mini peach has a juicy, sweet flavour with an intense peach aroma.
